Investigation or Perception to determine or notice that the bridge is unstable/poorly made, Athletics or Acrobatics to swim or jump across, etc. Let the party figure out how they should cross. Introduce environmental challenges like the goblins crossing a very makeshift bridge over rapids. One trail could lead to another ambush or to a trap, for example. Have the goblins split up, forcing the party to choose to either follow one trail or the other.
